Leave it to those folks visiting from the state up north… Safety concerns aside, I imagine the cool breeze blowing against the sole of his foot while riding in the car on a hot day probably does feel pretty good. I just hope the driver can still see his blind spots. Maybe he has one of those right side cameras that displays on the dashboard when the right turn signal is engaged?
