So I have two big public restroom pet peeves. I hate floor level urinals with no splatter guards (especially in the summertime when I am wearing sandals) and I hate electric hand dryers with no option for paper towels (especially when the exit doors open INTO the restroom). This public restroom in a Kroger supermarket solves that second problem!
