Tuesday morning walk observations: Someone in Sandusky is getting a partial head start on the Ohio law eliminating the front license plate requirement. This guy has a full Ohio plate on the rear of the vehicle, but for whatever reason decided to cut off and discard all of the front plate except for the blue numbers/letters on the white background. I edited the photo to eliminate two interior characters, but the outside of the plate is untouched in the photo. Seems like a lot of trouble to go through when he can just discard the whole thing in a few more weeks…
