I only recently rekindled my love for fried eggs. Scrambled eggs are less messy to eat and I really enjoy those too, but I can’t tell you the last time I had two scrambled eggs smile back at me in the morning. At first glance, these eggs probably look more like they are grimacing than smiling… Okay, I’ll give you that. But if you look close enough you can see the smile.
