I find pennies (and nickels, dimes, and quarters) all the time when I am walking or shopping. I rarely ever let a penny found remain on the ground. I don’t care if it is face up or face down – if you find a penny it is good luck regardless!
Except in this case…
Or maybe this was an alternative to those “Take a penny/Leave a penny” cups that are often at the checkout counters.
