The red light had just turned green on us when I snapped this photo – both I and the car in front of me had our left turn signals on, but the maroon Ford apparently thought the double yellow line marked off the left turning lane. No video evidence of it, but after we both made our left turns, this driver proceeded to drive about 10 MPH down Washington Street until finally pulling in front of another car approaching us from the opposite direction into a parking lot at what looked like an abandoned building.
Some people probably should not have driver’s licenses…
