I don’t know about the rest of y’all, but a nice intoxicating alcoholic beverage is always MY first choice when I’m about to go kayaking, or mountain biking, or trying to break into a safe with a really sharp knife! All three scenarios sound like really safe and reasonable occasions to guzzle down a nice Riesling to me!
