Okay, I think I get it. You CAN park here if you are a customer of the convenience store, but you can’t park here if you are just looking for some overflow parking for the other businesses in the immediate area? Still the sign and the pavement do not appear to be in agreement with each other. I think to play it safe, I should just find someplace completely different to park.
